Direct-Care Endocrinology  ·  Hinsdale, IL

Your hormones deserve more than a 7-minute appointment.

You've been told your labs are normal.

You've been told it's stress. Or aging. Or just how it is now.

You've left every appointment with the same non-answers.

You're not the problem. Your care model is.

How this works

This is what endocrine care is supposed to feel like.

Dr. Sadiq sees patients who've been dismissed for years. The labs look fine on paper. The symptoms are real. Something is off and nobody has taken the time to figure out what.

Every visit is with Dr. Sadiq.

Not a PA. Not a nurse practitioner you've never met. Dr. Sadiq reads your chart, knows your history, and is reachable between visits.

60 minutes, not 7.

Your first visit is an hour. Enough time to go through your records, ask everything you've been meaning to ask, and leave with an actual plan.

Direct access means direct access.

Text, call, or email Dr. Sadiq directly. No portal messages that disappear into a queue. No waiting a week for a callback.

Meet your physician

Dr. Sobia Sadiq

I started Well Endocrinology because too many patients were falling through the cracks of a system that was not built for them.

  • Midlife women told to "wait it out" — or that their symptoms were simply part of aging.
  • South Asian patients carrying real cardiometabolic risk, with no tailored screening.
  • People struggling with weight gain, handed the same tired advice: eat less, move more.

I built this practice for you. Fewer patients. Longer visits. Care that accounts for your data, your context, and your actual goals — not a billing code.

This is evidence-based endocrine care. Rooted in data. Shaped by context.

Before you book

Two questions we hear most.

Yes. "Normal" doesn't always mean optimal. A lab value within a population reference range tells you where you fall on a bell curve — not whether your levels are right for you. We look at your symptoms, your patterns, and your history alongside your labs. That's usually where the real answer is.
No — and that's by design. Insurance-based endocrinology means 10-minute appointments, prior authorization delays, and a doctor managing 25 patients a day. At Well Endocrinology, you pay a flat fee with no surprise bills. You can use HSA or FSA funds, and we provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. Many patients recover a portion of their costs this way. If cost is a concern, reach out — I'd rather find a way to make it work than have you go without the care you need.

Ready when you are

You deserve care that takes you seriously.

Your first visit is 60 minutes. Your records are reviewed before we meet. You leave with a real plan — not a referral and a follow-up in six months.

If you've been dismissed, rushed, or told your labs are "fine" while you still feel off — this is where that changes.

I built this practice because I believe you deserve better than the system gave you. — Dr. S
