Your hormones deserve more than a 7-minute appointment.

You have been told your labs are "normal."

You have been told your symptoms are "just stress" or "part of aging."

You have been handed the same tired advice and sent on your way in under ten minutes.

You are not the problem. Your care model is.

    Doctor-Only Visits

Every visit is with Dr. Sadiq. No handoffs. No rotating providers. One physician who knows your full picture.

  • Two speech bubbles with dotted outlines overlapping each other, one in front of the other.

    Extended Visits

60 minutes for your first visit. 30 for follow-ups. Enough time to ask every question and leave with a real plan.

    Direct Access

Text, call, or message Dr. Sadiq directly. No phone trees. No waiting days for a callback.

Meet Dr. Sobia Sadiq

Triple board-certified in Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, and Obesity Medicine. Prescribing GLP-1 medications since 2015.

I started Well Endocrinology because too many patients were falling through the cracks. Midlife women told to "wait it out." Patients carrying real cardiometabolic risk with no tailored screening. People struggling with weight gain and handed the same advice: eat less, move more.

I built this practice to do it differently. Longer visits. Fewer patients. Evidence-based care shaped by your data, your context, and your goals.

Many patients use their HSA/FSA to cover visits. We provide superbills you can submit to your insurer for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

$ 500 PER VISIT

Endocrine care that’s more personal, precise, and present.

  • Yes. "Normal" on a lab report means you fall within a population reference range. It does not mean your levels are optimal for you. We look at the full clinical picture: your symptoms, your patterns, your history, and your labs in context. That is often where the real answer is.

  • We do not bill insurance directly. That is what allows for longer visits, direct access, and clinical decisions made without prior authorization delays. You can use your HSA or FSA, and we provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. Many patients recover a portion of their costs this way.

  • Membership is $300/month and covers ongoing care: follow-up visits as clinically appropriate, direct messaging with Dr. Sadiq, prescription management, medication adjustments, and lab coordination. It is required for patients who need prescriptions managed through the practice. Most patients start with the initial consultation and transition to membership from there.

  • Yes. If you are not sure, a phone consultation is a good starting point. We can talk through your symptoms and determine whether endocrine care is the right fit before you commit to a full visit.
